All employees of E2 studied 5S management in the conference room. The purpose of this study is to make Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke. Be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, establish these good working habits more perfect, and improve work efficiency. During the learning process, the participants spoke one after another and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the knowledge and practical application of 5S. After this study, many participants pointed out that 5S is not only applicable to workshop items, but also to individuals, desks, even office computers, and company systems.

　　The application of 5S to AOI testing equipment manufacturers is rare in the industry. As an active participant, E2 has played a leading and supervising role in the industry, which is of great significance to promote the image and development of the industry. E2 people are convinced that the learning of 5S will bring an orderly system and working environment to the enterprise, and at the same time improve production efficiency and product quality. AOI equipment belongs to precision machinery. Participating in 5S learning and putting it into practice will bring a suitable production environment and test environment to the equipment, so that more accurate test data can be fed back to customers.
