Although it has high pixels, it can only detect components with a package size of 0402 and above. Generally speaking, the AOI resolution required for a PCBA board with a package size of 0402 or above is at least 20 microns. The AOI resolution required for the detection of PCBA boards with components larger than 0201 package size must be at least 15 microns.
